Service people could be a bit more friendly. Been there half a dozen times and I've never been greeted, they just stare at me and watch me walk by.

Hi Dale! Thanks for the feedback. We have four people that watch over our service area all the time. It is our top priority to see that everyone is greeted right away. I can see if maybe you had to wait possibly a minute if on the odd occasion that all the staff were away from the counter but that doesn’t happen often. I do apologize if that did happen to you as we always try to keep at least one staff member at the counter at all times. If you're looking for a vehicle Acura of Hamilton must be one of your stops. The entire team at Acura Hamilton are amazing! They are friendly, knowledgable and honest. I had a small problem with my vehicle and they went above and beyond to help me most likely saving me hundreds of dollars. Thank you to all the staff at Acura. I can't wait to purchase my next vehicle from you guys. Keep up the great work!!!

Came in for service and dealt with Kirsten at the counter. She was very kind, knowledgeable and helped me decide it was time for a new vehicle. She introduced me to Julia in sales. Julia was so nice, friendly, and helpful! I ended up buying a new Ford Focus ST from her. The customer service in all departments is incredible! Will definitely be coming back in the future. Finally got my RDX after 2 years of looking for an SUV. Julia and Aj were awesome. Had some hiccups but they made sure everything was resolved!!! IM SO EXCITED 😆 LOVE my ASPEC will definitely recommend JULIA.
