I had a very good experience at Acura of Hamilton from the minute I walked in. Malek is very professional and is very knowledgeable of the vehicles. He gave us our distance and time, but was always there to answer any questions! Always look forward to dealing with him. Aileen was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. I’m happy to be joining the Acura family!

I bought my car in Burlington but Acura of Hamilton earned my business for maintenance and repairs! Their service staff is honest and they go the extra mile for the customer . Instead of doing the easy thing and forcing me to pay for a whole new factory mirror , they repaired my damaged mirror in-house me and saved me over $800!!! No other service centre took the time to even tell me that it was an option. Special thanks to Shaun Moyers at the front desk.

Purchased my first brand new car here. Aileen was very professional, helpful and she tried to help me in any way she could. Julia helped me at the end, they both were amazing and answered every question I had. Very happy with my purchase and glad they were the ones to help me.
