In a word ‘outstanding’!! This is our second purchase from Acura of Hamilton and this dealership is 5 stars! If you are looking for exceptional customer service and care, this is the dealership to visit. Julia, our consultant from the beginning was professional, extremely knowledgeable and over all fantastic! Additionally, Louis the General Manager, with his attention to detail and Aileen the Business Manager complemented and completed the great experience we received. Excellent customer care environment!

Highly recommend Acura of Hamilton. This place rocks! Julia was tremendous in closing the deal with us. Very professional and easy to work with. For all your needs, this place is a one stop shop! I'll definitely be back!

Bought a used car about a year ago from this dealership. Not even 12000kms later need a full new front brake assembly done. After being told they were virtually brand new. This place is just full of lies to get a car out the door. Take your hard earned money elsewhere, you deserve better.

Looking at the history of the vehicle when you took it last year your front brake pads were at 7mm or 70% life left and your rear brake pads were at 6mm and about 70% life left. If you can call our service manager Chris at 905-528-7335 so he can discuss with you what is going on. Brake pads should not wear that fast after 12,000 kms under normal driving conditions. There are many questions to ask as to why are they being replaced? What is being replaced and who is recommending to replace them. I see no service history of the car coming back here for service since you bought it. Thank you!
