I just bought my first vehicle from acura and even with these hard times and provincial difference as I am a quebec resident the staff ensured that everything was done quickly and efficiently. I wanted to take a moment and say how impressed I was with the staff! Julia and Aileen are outstanding. I highly recommend Acura and will keep my business here for years to come.

I just picked up a 2012 Acura TSX from a dealer in Ajax Ontario a few weeks ago. I needed some adjustments made to the car ie: doors all opening at the same time, key fob needed a new battery, air bag recall etc. I dealt with Christine in customer service she was great. She called me back when she said she would and she kept me informed as to the status of each point I had on my list. It's really hard to get good customer service these days so it was really nice to get great service. I called her back and thanked her for her attention to detail. Thank you Christine.

We have had a long relationship with Acura of Hamilton and had always been very impressed by the sales and service departments. We picked up our new cars this week a TLX and an RDX ( our 3rd for both). We had a really great experience with Julia Lioris and she deserves the five star rating. She went out of her way to make sure the process went smoothly and we were very pleased with all the small details she and her team took care of for us. We were impressed as well with Aileen Cunningham with her expertise and professionalism. Over the years we have had a strong relationship with the service department and trust Frank that our cars are well serviced and safe for our travels.
