I was blown away by the absolutely exceptional service from our sales consultant Julia Lioris and the entire team at Acura Hamilton!!!!! We’ve bought and traded more then 7 vehicles (for our sons & my husbands love of always having a summer beast in the garage ) not to mention his love of bikes (3 right now ....his Ducati being his newest addition to the family lol) ........and with all the dealerships we’ve dealt with ......no one made us feel like they valued our business or appreciated our enthusiasm for vehicles like the entire team at Acura Hamilton!!! The fact that Lou the owner actually takes the interest in customers and appreciates another car enthusiast (instead of being this illusive “bad cop” behind a wall somewhere) that the sales reps have to always grovel with on our behalf really speaks volumes!!!! We will only deal with Julia and Acura Hamilton for all our future vehicle adventures!!!!!

Great experience with the dealership and staff. Julia Lioris was our Sales Representative for the purchase of our Grand Cherokee SRT which we are thrilled with. The staff were engaging and made the purchasing process fun. Thank you Julia - you are our 'go to' Representative for all future car purchased! Great work.

My first visit to this dealership and right away Julia greeted me and has made my experience stress free ! She answered all of my questions and even returned my calls promptly which made me feel very reassured . She was very professional and I am very happy with the whole experience. We had a great experience buying a car recently from Paul Burdon Paul was incredibly helpful and friendly. Paul was awesome at communicating through phone calls and texts.
