I highly recommend this dealer as I had great purchases experience in this Hamilton location. last month I brought pre-owned RDX and one of the salesperson Malek made my purchase very present and smooth. He is frequently and knowledgeable.

This experience of buying a vehicle from Acura of Hamilton was so quick and easy I'm left wondering what went wrong. It started with one simple phone call which was received by the sales person "Malek". I'm one of those annoying people who want to know everything without actually investigating for themselves. No problem for Malek though. Whatever I requested information on, i.e. condition of tires, paint, interior, service records, etc. Malek ran out, investigated, then called me back with his findings. The transparency of this dealership and it's staff is something unseen. Everything I was told, was true. Well 2 days later that same vehicle was registered, certified, cleaned and sitting in my driveway. Thank You Malek, and Thanks to the rest of the staff at Acura of Hamilton for making this such a quick, easy and stress-free experience!

Good selection of new and used Acura vehicles. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable sales and service staff. Community-minded. I have never left unhappy after purchasing an Acura vehicle or getting my Honda and Acura vehicles serviced. That's truly saying something after more than a decade of positive, mutually beneficial dealings.

After the sales associate and management contacted you to see what we can do to help, your concern was about pricing, an ad on a third party site did not match the price on our website. This was a very easy solution we stand behind our product and our website, even though this price was found elsewhere, we instantly informed you we would match the discrepancy you saw with no hesitation. Some things in life can occur, what’s important is that it is addressed immediately and what we can do to help make things right, I believe our solution was very fair and it fixes your concern about a third party site.
