I have dealt with Probart several times in the last 5-7 years and I am constantly impressed with the level of care and service I receive from them. From the moment I walked through the door, staff were professional and courteous. The receptionist attended to me right away and offered me coffee. Charlie Noseworthy is probably the most honest and knowledgeable car salesman I have ever met. He helped me find a car that was absolutely PERFECT for our family. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Probart, and I would not hesitate to send friends or family to Charlie and the Probart team. They did it again! Just bought an absolutely gorgeous Mazda 3. Charlie Noseworthy was extremely knowledgeable. He took time to show me the model and all its features, and helped me choose a car that I think will be perfect for our family at this stage in our lives. Kim was kind and efficient and helped me get through all of the paperwork for the purchase with ease. Highly recommend.

Hi Everyone, I have been with Probart Mazda now FCM for several years, and we have owned 3 Mazdas so far and still have two at this time. I have also referred several friends to FCM which resulted in purchases. There has been a change in staff in this department over the past 2 years or so and I've noticed that service has degraded over time. Here is what happened not too long ago. I recently passed on my 2015 Mazda CX5 GT AWD to my son and he took it in for an oil change in early Dec 2019. It was his first service visit at FCM and he told them just to just do an oil change per my recommendation, which he did. They charged him for a tire rotation which was NOT needed as I had just swapped the summer wheels to winters a few weeks before. I called, and Karen the advisor told me on the phone that she explained what was going to be done to my son and he confirmed that she did not. Easy to believe as in the past I do not recall them reviewing details of what work will be done on the vehicles, especially with an oil change. Karen, thank goodness you're not a surgeon.! I noted this in the online service survey and never got a response from the service manager Paul, so I emailed Lance the brother of the Spanish speaking one of a kind saleman Jay who shares his under wear with Superman (LOL), and he said that he would look into it. Well this was over month ago and no response since. I've concluded that one has to be specific and ask them please do not to perform specific work on your car if it is not required at the time. Both are recent young Western grads and if this is the way FCM is going to treat their future customers,...... don't hold your breath. As small as this was, all you had to do was make it right. One does not have to go back to the dealership for service. The reason I use the dealership for service is that I've never found a fantastic garage to take my vehicles to in London. I hope that this helps some of you. On a positive note: Charlie Noseworthy was my Mazda sales guy. He's unique and one of the best I've worked with in auto sales. I have no problems with Charlie, please go see him if you need a zoom-zoom, JUST keep an eye on the folks in service. Tell him Derek sent you. Best..

Fantastic first service on our 2019 Mazda 3. From the Reception to the Service Manager and staff. Also had the chance to talk to Justin about the new 2020 CX 30. We had a great experience all round. Highly recommended. Thank you Forest City Mazda 👍 It's the after service that is so important and they certainly did that.
