I emailed an offer to Forest City Mazda for Mazda CX-5 since I don't live in London. I didn't receive any response from Forest City Mazda. They could have emailed me to let me know that they aren't interested with my offer. I mentioned in my email that I am making the same offer to multiple dealerships to see who will give me the best counter offer. I think that is why they didn't bother to respond to me. That is not how you treat potential customer.

I couldn't be happier with my experience buying our first vehicle from someone other than a private deal! After a couple of test drives where my wife and I thought we were being taken advantage of because of our absolute need to get a new vehicle, and no one very eager to work with us, we decided to check out Forest City Mazda. I'll thank my wife for deciding to take a gander through the dealership on our way to check out a number of other vehicles down the road. We drove through and almost left when, a beautiful 2015 Honda civic, with everything I required this next vehicle to have, with financing my wife wanted, caught our eyes. Yes, we were eager to buy, BUT we were not going to be taken advantage of. The second I met Zarmash, I knew he had a good chance to sell this car to us. What a great, friendly salesman! Zarmash knew the car inside out and explained everything with ease. Everything was very comfortable. My wife was adamant about what she wanted in terms of financing and was willing to walk if she didn't get what she wanted. Kim worked with her throughout and was extremely thorough and patient. Stellar from start to finish!
