I’d like to express my appreciation to Ben Lee at Jonker Honda for the exceptional service he provided in helping me purchase a 2018 Honda Accord Touring 2.0 for my father. Throughout the process, Ben was extremely professional, courteous, and genuine. He has a real passion for what he does and it shows through in his actions. The entire customer experience was seamless and effortless. Ben accommodated our changing and complicated requests without any issue; he put effort in to find solutions and always kept us informed throughout the process. What really impressed me however was the genuine and sincere way in which he showed my 79 year old father around his new car. He took the time to explain the features and functions as if he was explaining it to his own father. I’d highly recommend Ben Lee and Jonker Honda. I know that you’ll also enjoy a fantastic experience.
