Terrible experience. I was there to get my sunroof replaced, they told me that it would be done in 2-3 days and gave me a rental Car which i had to pay $20/day. My car was there for 9 days and whenever i called,they put me on hold or forwarded my phone and nobody answered or called back. I ended up paying $250 just for rental car. Most of dealers pay for rental cars but jonker honda does not. I did not even get any discount or anything on rental car because it was supposed to be done in 3 days and reply i got was "no, cant do that". Ive been going there since i bought my car in 2016 but not anymore.

This issue pertains to an ICBC claim and how slow ICBC is. Gurpreet did not have loss of use for rental coverage. We did in fact cover half the rental cost regardless. Initially we quoted 3 days based on when ICBC could come in to assess the vehicle. We could not order parts without ICBC approval first. We tried to install the new headliner and found that there was further damage to the sunroof rails. We had to contact ICBC for re-inspect and this took another couple of days, due to the fact that there are no ICBC adjusters working on Friday. They came in on Monday and approved the additional repairs. We then order the parts and installed when we had all parts. Gurpreet typically had his phone off when we tried to contact him. He does not have a v/m set up on his phone either. It was very difficult for us to get in touch with him throughout the process. We did also offer for Gurpreet to pick up and drive his vehicle over the long weekend to save on the cost of rental. He said that he was going to do that, but never showed up on the Saturday as he would.

Went into Honda with a concern about my brakes. Turned out it was nothing to worry about and because it was a quick appt they didn’t charge me a thing and even washed my car. So impressed. Great service as always
