Disapointment! Had a great experience buying my first car there (Peter Howard i believe was my sales man in 2012) when looking for a new vehicle i figured i would go back... John Bok was my salesman (I've seen his name in some previous reviews). wouldn't give me the time of day.... booked my appointment over another so was absent for most of it, i took a test drive with a different salesman (Gurpreet, who was great by the way!). he wouldn't run any numbers for me, wouldn't work within the perameters i was looking for. went to HondaWay and made my purchase. MUCH better experience and service. PS i was told Honda is very strict on customer reviews (anything less than a 10 is a fail) if so.... how does this guy have a job?

This is my second time buying a car from Jonker. We had such an excellent experience with Tim last year that when we were ready to buy another vehicle we thought of him right away. Unfortunately Tim was out this week so we worked with Byron. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very courteous. If you are in the market for a new vehicle than go to Jonker and ask for Tim or Byron.
