Im not one to post poor reviews on here especially because I’m a “good vibes only” kind of gal however my boyfriend and myself went into the dealership to look at buying a brand new Honda and we are serious buyers too, walked around the lot for what seemed like 13 years and didn’t get helped whatsoever so we went inside hoping for maybe a hey or even brief eye contact from one of the staff, however was only met with a receptionist who obviously needed to post on Instagram than gander her head up from her desk, alas still tried to keep a positive outlook on the place.. 15 mins strolling through looking at their car models going inside their models, looking for help, still no help from any sales people... I swear I would have needed to write SOS on my forehead to receive any attention! But again I shrugged it off as it could have been a busy day with all of the 3 other customers in the show room.... however sadly we were being ignored because as soon as an older couple came in it’s like a red carpet rolled out for them as they got helped immediately! I guess our sad 30 something selves couldn’t get a single sales associate out of their seat :( oh well better luck next time looks like my boyfriend will be buying his Honda somewhere else as clearly Jonker Honda could care less for our business! I recently had bought a car and the service I received from both Wolfe Mazda and Langley Hyundai were impeccable compared to our experience here. I guess that is just how the cookie crumbles sometimes

Sorry Amanda, that day we were short staffed due to some sick staff members. The older couple that arrived were an appointment to pick up their new car.

Claimed they could not replace a wiper motor since our Honda had an after market alarm system in it then charged $ 90. I drove to Canadian tire they not only replaced our faulty Honda wiper motor but charged half of the fee.
