Dealing with Byron was a pleasure, a very personable guy. You don’t feel hassled or pressured. He is incredibly knowledgeable about his product, answered all my questions with out hesitation. He makes you feel like you making the right decision and removes and worry about buyers remorse. 11/10. Cheers

Came in for my appointment a bit early. I was told 1 hr maybe 1.5. After an hour I went to see if it was ready. Since it wasn’t in the shop I thought it must be done. Rep said it was being worked on so I went outside to look around. It hadn’t even been started on. Why was I there for an hour (from the time of my appointment) if they weren’t even going to start. They did finish at exactly the 1.5hr mark but they ran it thru their mini car wash. They failed to check or close the rear cover so everything including a pair of shoes were doused with soapy water. No apology, all I got was an open mouthed blank stare. I’ll never go there or Richmond Honda again (another long story)

Clean shop and property, very friendly staff. Prompt service. However was told as part of the recall work done I'd get a car health checkup and didn't receive that. They do however have a car wash and provide a complimentary wash. Highly recommend them!
