Curtosey shuttle never arrived as promised Recieved car back sripping wet with license plate bent in half and big scratch on the side. Not a great experience

We do wash cars with our foam bristle car washing machine. The foam bristles are guaranteed to not damage or scratch vehicles. Foam does not scratch. We believe the scratch was only visible after the car was cleaned. The spinning foam bristles can bend licence plates forward and we should have caught that. Apologies for that and the delay with our shuttle.

I bought a 2018 Civic Touring for approx 35,000 in Feb. Amazing car until I try to use the A/C. As of today Ive had it in 7 times in the last 3 months. They have replaced the hoses twice, the valves, and the condenser. Apparently its a known issue in the 2016, 2017, 2018. Too bad they didnt tell me that until after I bought the car. I spent almost an hour on the phone with Honda Canada and “they will fix it again.” Well I just picked it up. Lets see if they actually fixed the issue. If not at this point I guess we will see how much I can sell it back to them again for.... Ill probably just get screwed out of 20,000 or so but I havent had A/C for any of the summer other than in the Ford Escape rental car they gave me as a replacement. Too bad it cost 3x the amount in gas or I would have been happy keeping that.... though.... way to promote for Ford eh Honda!!!

I was told that my a/c condenser in 2017 Honda civic leaked and needed a replacement but had to wait until the a/c freon (refrigerant) was available to them, and it was a nationwide shortage. Four days later after the diagnosis, I called Jonker Honda to find out if they had received any refrigerants. The answer was 'no, and it was a nationwide issue" and could not give me estimated date for receiving them . Then, on the same day, I started calling Honda dealerships in Ontario, Gatineau, Edmonton and two here in Surrey: Surrey Honda and white rock Honda. I asked them if they could replace condenser and add refrigerant in 2017 Honda Civic. All five dealers told me they could and they had the freon(refrigerant). That is when I called Jonker Honda again, left message to the service mgr if Jonker Honda could work with white Rock Honda to have the work done in my car since the diagnosis was done already. I received a call from a jonker Honda representative couple hours later. The representative told me that they could work on my car next day. WOW, WHAT A SHIFT IN SERVICE! I did take my car to Jonker Honda next day. I also told the service mgr that I was thankful that they were going to install the condenser that day but not happy with the way I was treated. The mgr explained to me her side of story and added that " we are here now, do you want the work done or not?"

We apologize for availability of the refrigerant supply at Jonker Honda. We had recently done a fair amount of work on other vehicles with this issue and were completely out of it. All of our parts and refrigerant come from Honda Canada and they at the time couldn't provide an eta on the refrigerant. We value you as a customer of Jonker Honda and hope we can help you in the future.

We went there tried to buy an Odyssey couple of days ago. Went in there. No one came to say hi to you. When we have questions, we have to go to and a counter to find a sales. (The shop were not busy at all). Sales rep didn’t bother leave a business card after. Wondering what they are doing there! Now, I’m writing this review in Surrey Honda. Buying an Odyssey today. The sales rep here is way more friendly. They got my business. Sorry, Jonker Honda.

Had a safety recall on my older CRV. I was able to get in right away. The service area was very professional and friendly and called to update me. After having a bad experience at another Honda dealership in Maple Ridge, it was nice to deal with Jonker. I will be a repeat customer and if I decide to buy something new, I will be back!
