Had an appointment today to change my sparkplugs I was told it would take one hour so I made plans for that and dropped my son of somewhere while i get the work done. Before even looking at the van Chris the guy helping me was trying to upsell me on a bunch of stuff. I asked that they look at it before I just pay for things that might need to be done. I asked to just have my sparkplugs done what I originally asked for he said it was going to take 5 hours for them to do that when I was told it would only take one hour when I originally booked my appointment. What a joke I even told Chris I was interested in a new car soon. I will take my business somewhere else and buy my new car from a different dealership these guys suck customer service sucks and a RIP of dont waste your time here
