Where to start. Not sure why Honda sent me a text message for a review after the horrible experience I had there but I’ll leave a review and hopefully save someone else the headache. Went to jonker Honda over a month ago for a tire pressure light on. They put a bandaid on it and filled the tire and sent me on my way. Didn’t check if there was a leak or not clearly because low and behold the light came back on. Made a service appointment Friday June 23 at noon, showed up 45 minutes early to drop the car off for a 12:00 eye appointment and was told they would take a quick look and see what it needed. I was then told to come back after my eye appointment and they would actually look and see if the tire needed to be replaced. I leave the car there and get called a few hours later saying yes the tire needs to be replaced but they have none in stock and won’t be there until Monday. So I rearrange my work schedule to carpool to work and leave my car there to avoid blowing out the already low tire. I call service department on Monday and they confirm the tire has been fixed and the car is ready to be picked up. After working 12 hours I go to pick the car up and no one has a clue if it has been fixed or not and there clearly isn’t a new tire on. I take the car home because I need it and have to arrange another trip down to Honda for them to repair the tire. They “fix” the tire and I pay $200 for a new one, leave the lot and see the pressure light is STILL on. What kind of service is this?? I have already made 5 trips to Honda to fix a tire and have to go AGAIN so they can recalibrate the stupid pressure light. A total of 6 trips to repair a tire, is this common? Absolutely the worst service I have ever received, they make you run around and come back time after time to try and fix a minor issue. I went to the dealership because I had faith they would take care of my Honda and give the best service. I was wrong. Save your money and go somewhere else where they know what they’re doing and the service department and receptionist are all on the same page and know what’s going on with customers because this Honda dealership does not.

Service was quick. It was a pretty standard visit though. Spent almost $300 but I took it there because they usually clean the inside so it was worth the visit. Except they didn’t clean this time so meh.
