I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris in Sales, and Tony in Finance. We took a drive to Kingston on a whim that the vehicle I was looking at online was still on the lot, but it had sold the day before. When I sat down with Chris I was just expecting to start the process, and then wait patiently for a phone call that he had found my next vehicle. Not once did I think I would be walking away with A spectacular deal not only on my trade in, but also on my new to me vehicle. I purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica S, which, by the way, never in a million years thought I would ever own, let alone drive, a van. But let me tell you, once I sat in, drove and looked it over top to bottom, I knew it was the absolute perfect fit for my family. Thank you so much for all your hard work Chris and team at Thompson Chrysler. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Came in for an oil change .. was completed within the time frame I was given … Mechanic found a problem with the suspension and need to replace front tires … came up with a solution to correct … appointment was booked for following week … Very friendly and professional staff
