After making an appointment for servicing a recall (V62 Fuel Pump Relay) on a 2012 vehicle and after having given y VIN before showing up, they refused to do the work after I had arrived because the address on file in the FCA did not match my current address. I checked with FCA and they did not understand because warranties are universal and that the address on file with the regulator had nothing to do with recall repairs. After wasting my time, I went to the other Jeep dealer in town who is gladly making the repairs. This appears to be a local policy because FCA tells me it is not one of their policies. Addresses change all the time and when vehicle owners do, they do not notify FCA every single time.

I don't usually write negative reviews but I did not have a good experience at Jim Thompson. I had an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle and when I arrived it had already been sold. I understand that is the risk but it would have been nice to let me know. I spent 2 hours discussing other possible vehicles and test driving another option. Before I left I was told the specs for that vehicle and 1 other plus my trade in appraisal would be sent by email. I waited a few days then emailed sales to request this again. It took TWO WEEKS for the sales person ( I won't name him) to email this to me. And then it was specs on only 1 of the 2 vehicles I was interested in. I mean, do you want to sell me a car or not? What a total waste of my time.
