My initial purchase experience was very pleasant with Jackson's Toyota. Shawn was great to deal with and made the experience very easy and pain free. When I first picked up my preowned vehicle, I noticed that the car was not clean, however, they booked me in promptly to have the interior detailed, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, I later noticed a previous repair on the front bumper of my car which was not disclosed to me at the time of purchase. I assume the previous owner did not make a claim as it did not show up in the vehicle's history. That being said, I would have expected Toyota to pick up on this because upon closer review, I noticed that the headlight was not sitting properly either. Ultimately, I am disappointed that there were pre-existing repairs that were not disclosed and still require attention, and even more disappointed that I haven't even received a response from Toyota.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Bill at Jackson’s and had such a great experience! Everyone I met was so friendly and helpful, and it’s obvious the team makes customer experience a genuine priority. Bill was easy to work with and kept me up-to-date through the whole process - so much so that ahen he asked if I’d share my experience on Google Reviews, I said I would and then I actually did it 🤣 That’s how you know!

I don't know what is happening in the parts department, the last few days, but they are run off their feet. And Dennis has been running off his feet. Had to call for 2 separate orders a couple of different times, status, pricing, ordering, and he is clearly giving his all, and being as prompt as is reasonably expectable, while keeping a great attitude. I have been dealing here with my auto garage for years, and the parts department staff are always setting a high bar for all other dealerships. Especially Dennis, and massive shout out to Dave as well.

Oil change express!! Came in today on Saturday for express oil change and it was a quick in and out. This location opens 8am to 1pm Saturday. Tech Ariel was very friendly and courteous. Tech did let me know the full details of what else come with the oil change. 100% recommend!!!

I recently visited there with high hopes of purchasing a new car, but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. The sales team was unprofessional, pushy, and lacked knowledge about the vehicles they were selling. To make matters worse, the car I was interested in had a noticeable defect. Shame on the Jackson’s for having such an unprofessional environment

I can't thank Shawn enough for helping us lease our new Corolla. He worked to get us our car in just three weeks and kept us updated during the process.
