Great treatment at dealership. My salesman showed me all the features of my new CRV. A job well done.

8 months have passed since my last service visit, and when I say last, I mean I will never darken their doorway ever again. Absolute worst customer experience from the manager of the service department. Normally i would chalk it up to she could of had a bad day but this was just rude and conformational,I hope upper Management can train their staff for a more positive customer experience! We have 3 Hondas that will never go there again and I make a point of telling all of our friends the kind of experience that we unfortunately had.
