Courteous, full-service, and prompt describes the Jonker service dept. My only real complaints are that 1) their WiFi is extremely restrictive, to the point https is blocked outside of “known” sites; 2) The wait area doesn’t have much variety in refreshments or reading material; and 3) The lot is tough to get into if you’re turning left due to its location (there’s also not much room to maneuver and cars are often parked in the laneway in front of the entrance).
