I work at the dealership as a sales person. In purchasing my 2021 RAM 1500 Built to Serve Edition I was treated just like a valued customer the whole way through. Even though I work here my management team and financial services gave me the 5 star treatment. It shows they aim to treat everyone equally and exceptionally.

Great service. Came in to get a oil change done on my 2017 Ram Rebel. And Dealing with Shane . Started with a cup of coffee in the parking lot and they had exactly the truck I was looking for. Ended up driving away with a new 2021 Ram Sport . I will sure be telling co-workers and freinds about there service.

This dealership is not my first choice. They have a flashy new building, but poor time management. It took them 5 hours to change my tires. Every time I go there they mess something up and give me a huge sob story. I've noticed that the staff is more concerned with loiter g around the girls at reception rather than deal with consumer needs. This dealership has turned me into a " Ford" man.

I dealt with Matt over at St. Albert Dodge after looking locally (Ottawa) for a truck for a couple months. St. Albert Dodge had the truck I was looking for and the service was exceptional. Matt and his team made the buying process smooth and straightforward even though I was an out of province buyer. I would definitely recommend buying from them.
