I had a great experience dealing with they guys at St. Albert dodge. Adam and Clint were open and honest through the whole experience and had my best interest at heart. The process was easy and streamlined whilst making sure my questions and concerns were addressed. I will consider St. Albert dodge for future purchases as well.

Staff not wearing masks. Sitting waiting for my vehicle to be ready, another customer walks in sits down with no mask on and other staff walk right on by not saying anything to him. I finally spoke up in front of other customers telling him he needs to be wearing a mask in here. I'll never be back to this dealership.

Well. It seems after purchasing a vehicle form there. There is still some work to be done on communications via email or text with individuals that work there. They should remember they are a customers first person of contact. Seems like the sales department do not share paperwork with the parts and or service department. So be aware you will have to fully explain yourself to the parts service department if you have an issue with your new vehicle when your making your purchasing agreement. I have found them to sort of be thank you for the money now we dont know who you are and or do not have any info why your contacting us. Maybe thats wrong for me to think like that. But even contacting my sales guy after the purchase i have not been responded to. I mean great responses before the purchase. But after the purchase he doesn’t even send a text back now. To help a customer get his stuff fixed up and or sorted out. I will say he did have a scheduling issue upon delivery which then the items discussed were not completed for the delivery of vehicle. So i had to explain to the stand ins what was missing and felt like that really should not have been something for me to tell them. It would have been 5 star had this all been done for delivery and checked on by the original sales guy. I emailed a person twice about my repairs to be done. No response from the person. Then i called and they did know of my issue and they did book me in. My question is seems alright for them to email me questions. But if i email back. Its best to call them. You will have to keep on top of them for work to be done. Its really not something they are 5 star about currently. Lets see how service goes and maybe an update to the review will come.

Best car buying expiriance ever, it was such a pleasure to deal with Ralph Joseph, total honesty, going out of his way to make car buying expiriance as pleasent as possible - St Albert Dodge is so lucky to have him as a member of their sales team, make sure to ask for him and I guarantee you won't regret it. It was totally worh to drive all the way from Medicine Hat to seal the deal, got my beautiful 2020 JLU and exactly what i wanted for my trade, even purchased extended warranty (which I've never done before, thanks to Rob Horner -Finnance Manager for showing me value in it)
