So I went to St Albert Dodge looking to downgrade 2 vehicles in order to lower our payments and even though they didn’t have any vehicles that fit what we were looking for I wanted to leave a review thanking Stephen. He put in a lot of time and effort, but he also gave me a ton of advice on they best way to get our payments lower. It’s unfortunate we couldn’t have done our business through him, but I feel he deserves the recognition and credit for being great at his job!

Possibly the best experience of purchasing a vehicle I have ever had. Shane Osepchuk, my sales person, was upfront and honest from the get go. He laid everything out as best case and worst case, costs and payments. no surprises. Friendly and upbeat staff who do what it takes to earn your business. I definitely recommend St Albert Dodge to anyone who is thinking about getting into a new or used vehicle. Seriously. Go talk to Shane and tell him I recommended him!!!

Great customer service and Chad Davis went above and beyond to make the deal happen. Very happy customer and will be a customer of Chad's for life. If your looking for a new vehicle go talk to Chad and he will do his best to get you into the vehicle you need and want. 5 star customer service forsure!!!

Stephen was knowledgeable and accommodating. The day we could look at the car was cold and blustery. They had the car clean and inside for us to look at. I would consider buying from St Albert Dodge again.

The staff at St. Albert Dodge are amazing! I was looking to get a new Jeep and I was helped by Steve Lam. He was very helpful and could tell me all about the Jeep. He was very friendly and kept me up to date all the way until I came to pick up my Jeep. :) Thank you!!
