worse customer service, they got paid from ICBC and left me on my own with the damages that they caused on my car after supposedly fixing the rodent damages , yet the car is in worse shape then before i brought it to yonker honda. They never offered me a shuttle service after going back there for them to look at the new problems my car had that suddendly appeared after they worked on my car, problems that even my own trusted family mechanic can vouch that were never present before. He felt terrible to have referred me there as he is not ICBC related shop and could not do the work for me and said to write them a bad review so others are aware that they only use your ICBC claim money and leave you on your own if anything else is wrong, no people skills, i couldnt afford the rental and had my neighbor pick me up so i could get my 3 year old to the clinic and only found out as he was picking my up from their front desk that they have shuttle service.. Please do not go there they do not care for their customers or your car and will use your claim money as a one time deal and not take responsability for damages that are new .. that were brought to their attention the next day after leaving their shop ...

To be fair, this was a 12 year old Honda with 265,000 kms on it that we had never seen before with extensive rodent damage. Upon fixing the damages to 3 wiring harnesses outside of the vehicle cabin, Sabrina brought her car back for some follow-up issues. One was issue was fixed via a fuse replaced free of charge, and another issue was a burnt out turn signal bulb that was replaced free of charge. The other two issues were deemed to be preexisting. One was a window switch inside the vehicle that needs replacement, and the other was an internal engine issue. Neither of which could have anything to do with the ICBC claim. We do offer a shuttle service, but Sabrina wanted our shuttle to drive her around to all her errands and appointments like a chauffeur. We are happy to help you in the future Sabrina, but you must act in a proper and professional manner. Yelling and screaming at employees is not permitted, and we will not put up with it.

They are not in for the customer , left my car in worse shape then when i first brought it in with my rodent damage ICBC claim. They were rude and unkind, never offered a shuttle service after i couldnt afford a rental car , was left on my own to wait, my neighbor was coming to pick me up after waiting 2 hours of having no one offer me the shuttle service. very sad, i told them about 5 times i had to get home to my daughter who needs to go to the clinic with an ear ache, i found out they had shuttle service after i mentioned to the front desk i was waiting for my kind neighbor to pick me up .. then she said we have shuttle service ... i was steaming mad ... no courtesy i got blamed for not asking them for the shuttle service , did not own for their fuck ups , they got paid $3000 from ICBC and left my car in worse damage, my trusted family mechanic reffered me to them because he is not ICBC related shop so that s the only reason i went there trusting they would take care of my HONDA car... nope they dont care do not go there
