Having benefited from a relatively long life with well over 50 years of vehicle ownership, I can attest that there were times when auto dealerships would have merited and received poor reviews for their lack-lustre performance. I am "old school", my mother raised me implanting several notions on civility. "If you can't say anything nice about someone, it is better to say nothing." was one of her favourite sayings. When it come to accolades, I am delighted to report that Jonker Honda, at 19515 Langley Bypass in Surrey, has restored my faith in due diligence, honesty, integrity and customer service. I have had my Honda CRV in for servicing and general maintenance and found them to meet and even exceed my expectations. Competitive pricing and professional service are two of the most highly considered qualities I value when selecting an auto repair centre and Jonker Honda delivers on both counts. This place is HORRIBLE, the staff, management all the way up to the owner himself are so uneducated on how to treat a customer. They do not give propper information when you talk with them or comunicate to them about there vehicles. The adds on Auto Trader and thier own web site have vehicles for sale that are not even ready to test drive. The sales manager of this Jonkers is a complete rude and ignorant idiot. Honda Canada would be asamed to know what goes on here. They are racist and the worst dealership to deal with. If you want a HONDA people please pick any other location than this one in the lower mainland!!! The owner of this dealership harasses people who complain. He does not even have his facts straight when communicating with you. This guy could take the imformation from a upset customer and use it as a training or aexample how to improve the customer service but instead blame a customer, lol. The management team, sales team and owner blames customers for there crappy sales service. Buy elsewear, there are many Honda dealers in this provice. SHAME, Shame on you Jonkers, I am sure this guy who says he owns the dealership was in fact probably started by his father or somone else. I bet back in the day a cusotomer was treated amazing, and repeat buisness thrived, can not see repeat customers walking back in tnis place for a second vehicle.....

Customer calls in about a newly acquired trade in and asks if its still available, and sales person says yes, and customer hangs up. Customer, then drives from Vancouver to Langley. Gets mad that the car hasn't been cleaned or reconditioned yet and demands we pay for his gas money. This Caucasian Customer then proceeds to berate his Korean Sales person and our Chinese Sales manager and says, and I quote: "You Chinese are ruining Vancouver!" and storms out. Best thing about this exchange, is he acted and said all these racist things in front of his 6 year old son. Class Act!!
