Had my brakes done front and rear, added in an oil change. Oil was over filled, oil changes are not a difficult job. I am frustrated and definitely lost my confidence in the "Certified Honda technicians" working at Jonker. The extra oil in my crankcase causes excessive pressure on the engine. The dipstick seemed to have close to a half litre too much oil.Took my car in to correct this, which was done, no sorry, no apology, no car wash, and he tried not to write any paper work up to have it on record. Jonker your not satisfying me. Most importantly I have to hope this Technician is competent with brakes!

Friendly service staff that were also very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions when I dropped my Pilot off. Vehicle was ready almost exactly when they said it would be. Only complaint is that they charged me $4.55 for a replacement screw to keep my key fob intact. I would think that a $500 service bill could warrant a free screw. Not an issue with the four bucks, just the principle of being nickled and dimed - doesn't help the reputation that dealers have of charging an arm and a leg for 'genuine' parts. Not enough to make me take my business elsewhere though, everything else was great.
