Very disappointed with the Service department. Brought my honda for oil change, first time visit to Jonkeh Honda and last one! they inspected my back brakes and charged me $40 for the service that was not requested and I only inquired about cost of brake change and they decided to go ahead with inspection and extra charge. Be aware of unknown charges on your bill from this dealership!!

If I can give 0 stars, I would. my family members have been bad experiences. Honda doesn't care what happen to customer. They are done when soomebody bought their cars. In my case. I bought new pilot 2017 in july 2017. I found the car's defect that 's leaking oil. After i bring to honda serivce on Aug 31 2017 .they talked to me . I ' m no t sure when it is fix it. But i will rent a car for you . So still my family are useing a rent car .
