Worst dealership ever!!! the staff are completely clueless about the cars that they are selling. They have a sign on the wall that says they don't artificially jack up the price for negotiation. the complete opposite!! they made a "mistake" on the price for an extra $400 The sales manager Allen was rude as hell. He came in for maybe 2 minute tops and we couldn't come to an agreement. so he just stormed out of the room like I wasted his time. not even a handshake totally not acceptable and extremely unprofessional I ended up buying the exact same car with destination honda burnaby (Y)

I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the service itself was quick as well. The shuttle was unavailable which was slightly inconvenient, however was able to pick us up when the car was ready. Overall, great service. Thanks!

Hello my experience with Honda Jonker is horrible. My English is not so well but my money is good for badly service. I have a few complaints for Honda Jonker. First guys on costumer service they know everything about your car if is ok or not After first service I have problems with my tank " Gas tank is open" info on my screen I complaint that on second service and guys didn't work nothing about that but after service no more info on my screen for Tank..Thank you guys But after second service that service is B1 I think Checking breaks and rotation tires but with extra charge for alignment on my Honda Civic 2015 I pay everything but I didn't check records for alignment- probably my bad After second service my car start making some noises from the front I drive my car like that because my car was on service in Honda . On third service I complain for that noise And I get answer they will check but if is something wrong they will charge me $70 extra ... Ok but my is still in warranty After that service no more noise and I talk with guys They told me Nobody do nothing about that After few days noise coming back and in the middle time i see my records from alignment. After service one side is still in red on my Honda..that is alignment from Honda Jonker . I go to service again and now talk with another man on service and he told me We will check everything for you bcz car is still in warranty..That was nice from that guy I made appointment next day. We drive my car and guy from service he hear that sounds and he told me they will check that. Later I coming to pick up my car they told me some part on the front they need to change. And I ask that another guy about my alignment he told me Doesn't meter for that alignment. We need to make alignment again when we change that part. I was confused little bit bcz I was pay that alignment I didn't get free but is ok it will be done finally I coming with my foams Honda to service change that part. And after few ours I come to pick up my car. Finally But I coming on costumer service nobody there just one lady from Sales department and she give me just one envelope and I open it inside was just key . I ask what guys are changed? she told me She doesn't know bcz she works on Sales department. I was confused I ask here And you will give my car just like that after few ours on service? She sad yes bcz she doesn't know nothing about that...lol so sad story but is true She take some information from me and she told me somebody will call me tomorrow Nice lol. Next day nobody call and again I going to service to see what's going on I come there and now I start conversation with Chris nice guy. But he know everything about cars I explain him what happened and he give me a records .. It was more easy leave that records in my envelope But after I read records. I ask him for alignment bcz last time man told me they will make alignment when change that part Chris told me no need alignment for that part. He told me You can talk with manager service. I sad yes I want But he didn't give a chance to talk with manager bcz he go inside and talk with manager something and come out and told You can make appointment for free alignment if you want or no. I sad I don't want on that way. And I just took vist card from him. I talk with Honda Canada after that. But I think nothing from Honda Canada This is for me a last car from Honda One more thing I don't know why Honda charge oil service 5lit but in my car go just 3.5lit with oil filter??? I would like to put one star review but on Honda Jonker is still some good persons Sorry guys like I sad my English is not so well but I try explain my sad story Thank you Edin
