I Purchased my vehicle @SouthTrailChrysler. It was a good experience. I would recommend working with @Mathews; he was easy to get along with, low pressure and patients. My girlfriend and I would definitely recommend South Trail Chrysler and working with Mathews.

Update. To buy the vehicle was great but the service department has been horrible to deal with. Nobody is friendly. They can’t explain why things are going wrong with my 50k km vehicle, they say they will fix something and it never gets fixed. Worst service department I have EVER dealt with. Kyle, Danny and Chad were awesome. Kyle was very professional and very patient with us as we made our decision. He also put up with all my questions. I will definitely come back there.

A friend told me to go see Mr Kettana and Mr Gacek at South Trail Chrysler as my work truck collapsed on me. The professionalism and dedication this gents offered me was impecable, within 24 hours i was able to drive away in a brand new, affordable Ram Truck of the year!!! The whole experience has been clear, prompt and exciting even with Mr Cooper in the finance department! Thanks again South Trail!

My fiancée and myself recently purchased a 2019 Grand Caravan from South Trail Chrysler. Brandon MacArthur was our sales executive and did a great job; he was there with us for the entire buying process, answered all questions and if he did not know the answer, he would find out. At no time was he pushy or trying to sell us something that we did not want. I have no critiques about the experience; I would recommend South Trail Chrysler to anyone looking to buy a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep.
