I've had to come back a few times for the same issue but it ended up being covered by warranty. Jen A. Was awesome and took care of me. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Big thanks to Shane for all the help with my new 2019 Ram 2500. It all started with a reply to my FB ad on the truck I was selling, and I wasn’t even looking at a dodge. He sent me a few links, and asks me to just stop in and see. I did, and within a hour I was signing the line. Super happy with my new work truck, and all Shanes help and advise.

I had a really great experience here with Shane. I had a bad deal from another dealership and have been feeling uneasy about it, and they made it right here! Shane was so helpful & informitive about what this process would be, and I didn’t feel like there were any secrets being kept, they were totally transparent with me. Highly recommend!

Shane Mathews is always the man to talk to for your automotive needs. This is now my third vehicle. My goals of building my credit score and driving a reliable new vehicle are finally being met. I've always been treated with the utmost respect and believe me he will go that extra mile to make sure you get what you need. I am now in a 2018 Dodge Caravan. It's great as a work vehicle. The stow & go features are awesome for road trips or if you need to help a friend move a mattress lol. And if you think Van's are boring well the SXT definitely has more push than a Ford boys focus. Make sure you go to South Trail Chrysler & ask for Shane. Tell him Vinny sent you!!

Terrible service department and salesman and “ finance managers “ are extremely shady and will waste your time over and over again first and last experience at this dealership
