New Jeep Cherokee

We recently purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee and Brandon took the time to find out our needs and match us to the perfect vehicle. We have bought many new vehicles over the years and I must say that this was the best experience I have had. I would definitely recommend if you are looking to buy a new vehicle your check out this dealership. This has been by far the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. The customer service was amazing and Shayne Mathews our car sales representative was accommodating, highly informed and knowledgeable. The service department is building a custom Durango at a very reasonable price and in a timely manner and the whole dealership and I are very excited to see the final results. I will be highly recommending this dealership to my friends and family in the Yukon. Thanks to the whole team.

South Trail Chrysler is a very shady company. After my partner purchased a 2018 SUV at this location I decided one day to review the contract. I discovered that South Trail Chrysler added a $2500.00 “inspection fee” to her new 2018 SUV with only 20,000 km on it. When we inquired as to what this “inspection fee” was no one, not even the sales manager could give us an answer. We have received the run around for a month. Always told “we will look into it” and they never get back to us. We had the contract reviewed by a sales manager at another reputable dealership and he agreed that it seems they blatantly racked $2500.00 onto her contract with no explanation. They didn’t discuss it with her, did not review it with her, didn’t even mention it to her and now they refuse to even acknowledge it’s there. If your purchasing a new vehicle truly avoid this dealership. We are currently reviewing our legal options as well as filing formal complaints with the necessary organizations to resolve the issue. Be very careful. They are very dishonest.
