The maintenance staff is good enough, However the sales and finance team do not seem to know what they are doing. The staff seemed very dismissive and uninterested during the lease process. I have also been given incorrect information during and after the lease process with follow up questions. If I was not under contract to deal with them because of the lease I would not return again.

Fantastic experience with the Service crew! Each time I go in for maintenance they exceed expectations. The last time they’d even surprised me with a something i hadn’t asked about and wasn’t expecting they would address for me - it was a small thing with a big impact! Thanks Dan and crew! I will continue to recommend Forest City Mazda!
