Nick Kuang was awesome! Super knowledgeable, genuine, and professional. Cannot express how wonderful the experience was purchasing a Honda from Jonker with the help of Nick. Hands down the best customer service anyone could ask for. Manager Alan was also a pleasure to meet and very helpful. In general all the staff at Jonker Honda were great, with exception to Gordon from the finance Department. If i were to rate my experience with him seperately, I would give a negative rating if it was possible. Horrible customer service, unprofessional, did not present as prepared when I went in to complete the final paperwork. Called me multiple times on the day of the appointment asking if the appointment that was just hours away could be rescheduled. Also forgot to communicate important information to me and was initially pretty unapologetic about his mistake. Was also incredibly rude to my guest that was doing my car insurance. Overall, horrible experience with Gordon and if it weren't for Nick and all the other wonderful staff from sales, I would not have followed through with my purchase.
