Wonderful experience. Staff (Paul in sales and Daylan in Finance) were informative, kind and patient. Purchased a vehicle (with a trade-in). They made the process super smooth and tailored to me. Highly recommend.

It dose not take 7 hours to go in for an oil and fuel filter change when my apointment is booked for 10am also missed the fuel filter. You guys just lost a lot of fleet busness. And you did not bother to sanitize during a pendemic I suppose I should have went to ford
