Wonderful experience. Staff (Paul in sales and Daylan in Finance) were informative, kind and patient. Purchased a vehicle (with a trade-in). They made the process super smooth and tailored to me. Highly recommend.

It dose not take 7 hours to go in for an oil and fuel filter change when my apointment is booked for 10am also missed the fuel filter. You guys just lost a lot of fleet busness. And you did not bother to sanitize during a pendemic I suppose I should have went to ford

Disappointing, as usual

I have had nothing but bad experiences with St. Albert Dodge since 2014. Call it the definition of insanity, but it seems that every time I have tried to give these guys a chance to do better, they have messed up. It started in 2014 while shopping for a new Jeep Wrangler Sahara. I went to see them (as I live in St. Albert) and was met with indifference and virtually no assistance, so I went to Sherwood Dodge and bought my truck there. Over the intervening years I have tried a few more times at the service centre, but again, disappointment. I figured this past Saturday that I would go to their parts department and see them about getting new LED head lights for my Sahara, I mean, how badly could they screw that up. Well, the kid at the counter had no idea what I was looking for and suggested that I come back during the week, so, like a fool, I did. On Monday I returned and waited over 20 minutes for service and finally just left. For the last time, I've had it with these guys.

I was a bit apprehensive about buying an out of province vehicle as we weren’t able to come view it in person or do a test drive before committing to the purchase. My sales representative, Chad, as well as his associates all did an excellent job providing me with the information I needed to make an informed decision. I can definitely say that when we did arrive to pick up my new Jeep, my expectations were more than exceeded! I would 100% recommend this dealership to anyone searching for a new ride both in and out of province.
