The absolute worst customer service I have ever had a car dealership, I will give credit where credit is due ,the young Lady who booked our appointment to get the recall on the air bags was very professional ,polite and informative , she told us that we would be getting a free oil change with out first visit, I was very happy to hear this and thought WOW we are off to a great start, long storey short we had to fight to get that FREE oil change and they charged us shop supplies on a FREE oil change ,then I bought a new programable key,when I paid for the service and key I specifically asked if the key worked because I didn't want to drive back if it didn't work, the service guy looked at me and said yes of course the tec would of checked it, ok so we left and low and behold when we got home and my wife took the car the next day the new PROGRAMMED key would not lock the door ,they also only had one of the air bags so we had to book another appointment, they broke the original key we brought in , and the service manager Lady was very argumentative towards us. I would strongly recommend using anyone else for your Honda repairs, in this day and age prices are all very similar it all boils down to GODD customer service. This Jonker Honda service department needs a lot more training and that starts from the top down. I hope that you don't experiance the same type of very poor service we did.
