Purchased a Honda Civic with Frank at Yonker Honda on the Langley By-pass in Langley not that long ago. During the negotiation process, we asked for a couple perks including the first two services free. "We drove a hard bargain" Frank says as he extends his hand to shake on the deal. Fast forward to yesterday.......take car in for first service. No record of our two free services anywhere on their paper work. Asked for Frank. Frank is not in today. Asked for manager. Frank comes into work an hour later. Frank says he spent two hours pouring over our paper work. He never offered anything like that. Frank even indicated that he doesn't remember us and that if any offer was made, is was for buy 5 get one free with a punch card. "This will now need to come out of my pocket', he says with his accent. Why would we negotiate that into our deal when it is given to every car buyer. Have spoken with two managers, and they will not honour their word. We trusted them to write the details into our paper work. We are not talking about an engine overhaul, or replace the transmission. It's an oil change worth $69.00. I guess they are more concerned over an oil change than making customers happy. These guys are deceitful, rude and arrogant and will do almost anything to get the sale. Get every thing photo copied befor you walk out that door. Don't go here!! We will not be back!!

During the completion of purchasing paperwork, all clients are asked if anything else was promised to them prior to signing the sales agreement. Your paperwork makes no mention of this.

Andrea Arthurs always goes above and beyond the call of duty when it comes to customer service. She is a service consultant that knows her job well and knows how to treat a customer even more. She should be recognized in some form or another for all the hard work she puts into satisfying her customers.

We purchased our Honda Civic 2016 Touring last week and want thank the Jonker team for the great service from beginning to end. From Alan Cheung to Sarav Luthra to Linda Ho, we had first class experience(s). We are also happy we chose to stay in town and support a long-term local (Langley) business to help us with the purchase..... cheers..
