purchased a 2016 CR-V touring suv. Our salesman was Randy who new the vehicle and was very nice to deal with. When we purchased we were in our new vehicle and off the lot in under 2 hours. I feel Randy went the extra mile to get us into the CR-V and the total experience was very pleasant.

Everything was done on time and to our satisfaction. The AC repair was covered under extended warrantee and Service was diligent to pick that up. Thank you!

I didn't purchase my car here, but I do get it serviced in their repair area. Their repair staff are excellent, aren't pushy, and know what they're talking about. They have a courtesy shuttle as well.

This was my first time purchasing a new vehicle and it was great experience at Jonker in Langley. I was nervous, I had a lot of questions, and was very indecisive. Also with being a younger female, I wanted to be careful as I did not want to get ripped off. Joel was a very patient, genuine, and informative salesperson. I was able to make the decision at my own time without the added pressure that some sales people in other dealerships tried to add. Prior to visiting Jonker Honda, I shopped around at 6 to 8 other dealerships and found this one to provide the best experience, friendly service, and reliable information. I walked out very happy with my choice of car and in the price I got it for. Thank you Joel.

Don't Buy a used car from them. We bought a used car from my fiancée and everything seemed above board. A week later while washing it for the first time I found major damage to the body that isn't visible unless your down very low to the ground.. The fan for heat and AC makes a terrible noise and the back breaks started making a terrible noise on a few days later. They won't do anything for us and basically said "well it's a Chevy" as they are a Honda dealer. They also said it was non smoking vehicle but after a few days they stuff they sprayed in it wore of and now it just smells super weird. Guess I'll contact my lawyer now and see if there's any recourse we can take maybe hopefully make hem take it back.
