I recently purchased a car from Jonker in Langley and I found the experience very positive. This says a lot, coming from me, as I would rate myself as someone who would typically find car buying very stressful and uncomfortable. I had visited another Honda dealer the previous day and having encountered a confrontational and dismissive salesperson, I decided to begin at Jonker with a phone call. Talking to Byron on the phone gave me the sense that he was someone I could work with so I made an appointment to test drive a Civic the next day. To sum this up without being too wordy, the process, from start to finish, when we drove off in our vehicle, was very straightforward and pleasant. I never felt pressured or manipulated, which are the two things I dread most in situations like this. I would not hesitate to recommend Byron if you're in the market for a new vehicle, Honda or Nissan.

Sarav gave us tremendous service is our purchase of a new 2016 Odyssey. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our needs and gave us exactly what we wanted. Exceptional service from Sales, Finance and Insurance with purchasing my second Honda Odyssey through Jonker Honda. It was a total loss replacement and am very appreciative of the quick service as I knew what I wanted and in the end was a "cheaper" buy than the previous Odyssey that was totalled. In addition, I recommend the Odyssey for safety! Myself, young daughter and newborn were t-boned and the van definitely took the brunt of the damage and saved us from injury.

Salesmen was hesitant to work with me cause I was young. Finally got an offer on paper and manager killed it, didn't give me a reason why. Ended up going to Langly Infiniti and drove out with a more expensive car. I was happy to shell out more money to be treated properly.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Myself and my family members have had horrible experiences here. I called to get a price for a service on my CRV (At this point I don't remember what it was as it was over a year ago). They gave me their price so I called Surrey Honda to see what theirs was. $30 dollar price difference for the SAME service, Surrey Honda being cheaper. I was astonished. The only reason I got the service done at Jonker was because it was closer and they ended up giving me the Surrey Honda price after calling to confirm. A family member bought a car from here about 2-3 years ago, took it in recently to get the oil changed and when she got it back the right side mirror had somehow "fallen off" and had been duct-tapped back onto the car by the mechanics. Jonker then tried to tell her that she apparently knew that the mirror was broken and about to fall off, then they ended up paying for it to get fixed because they knew they were wrong. So long story short, Jonker will gouge you for everything you're worth and then try to convince you that somehow, when you bring your car in in perfect condition and take it home (after having it serviced there) with the side mirror duct-tapped on, that it was your fault.
