This was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle so of course I was nervous but Sarav really made me feel at ease because he was very informative and genuine while helping me. Kelly from the finance department was amazing as well. She was very detailed when explaining paperwork and her customer service was amazing. I can't remember her name, but the woman who assisted me with getting my insurance was Also extremely helpful. She ensured I got the lowest and discounted insurance rate possible. I would rate her a 5. While I was waiting, Alan made sure I was comfortable by offering refreshments and after I purchased my car he arranged a drop off for me. I love my new 2016 Honda Civic EX! We now have 4 Honda vehicles in our family :)

Hi Erik, I was at your dealership on April 15 to raise a concern regarding my power steering on my 2012 accord coupe. Everyone in your dealership was telling me that it's not covered by the warranty which I was told delegates differently when I bought this car. Your sales manager, Allen the advise me to call honda.ca which I did. I then spoke to Julia at honda.ca and expressed my concern. She then told me that she'll look into it and call me back early this week. No call back up to now! I also left you a message on that same day but unfortunately never heard anything from you. On April 16. I got a call from one of your customer service reps. saying that the parts for my power steering are in and I can book an appt. I assumed that you and honda.ca are covering this under warranty. I then asked about the parts for the transmission which is also leaking, she said she'll check with the service advisor and called me back. She the called me back and said that all parts are in. So, I booked an appt. for April 21. @ 9:45am. I dropped my car today and I was told by the service advisor that you're only fixing my transmission and not my power steering. This really frustrating that I'm given wrong information by your people. I hope to hear from you soon. You can also call me at 604-825-9279. Thank you Eller

I'm not mad because "a component of my car failed after the warranty period.I'm mad because I was given the wrong warranty info by your business office when I bought this car. I'm mad because I was given a run around by your sales manager when I raise this concern on April 15. I'm mad because I was given the wrong info again by one of your customer service on April 16. I'm mad because you did reply to the voicemail I left you on April 15 nor reply to my emails that I had to post on FB page just for you to get back to me. Obviously, you did not care.

Going for emergency service for flat tire is bad they even suggested to go to Kal tire even if you acquire the car from Jonker and it's not even 1 year old for the car. And you even have the advertisements " no appointment Needed "

We understand you have made an appointment for tomorrow morning to have the tire repaired. The suggestion offered to go to Kal Tire was an option for immediate repairs as you were concerned it was an emergency.
