If I could give 0 stars, I would. Myself and my family members have had horrible experiences here. I called to get a price for a service on my CRV (At this point I don't remember what it was as it was over a year ago). They gave me their price so I called Surrey Honda to see what theirs was. $30 dollar price difference for the SAME service, Surrey Honda being cheaper. I was astonished. The only reason I got the service done at Jonker was because it was closer and they ended up giving me the Surrey Honda price after calling to confirm. A family member bought a car from here about 2-3 years ago, took it in recently to get the oil changed and when she got it back the right side mirror had somehow "fallen off" and had been duct-tapped back onto the car by the mechanics. Jonker then tried to tell her that she apparently knew that the mirror was broken and about to fall off, then they ended up paying for it to get fixed because they knew they were wrong. So long story short, Jonker will gouge you for everything you're worth and then try to convince you that somehow, when you bring your car in in perfect condition and take it home (after having it serviced there) with the side mirror duct-tapped on, that it was your fault.

I had a lingering battery issue where my car died and wasn't performing well on the battery test during a standard service afterward. I was frustrated because the vehicle was only a few years old. Unfortunately it was technically still working so warranty couldn't aid until it failed again, which it was predicted to do. Catrina at Jonker addressed my concerns, ran some deep tests and advised she would be there for me. My family only has one vehicle and it happened to die again on the first cold morning this fall. I wasn't able to go into work but when I talked to Catrina she far exceeded my expectations. Rather than me calling for a tow to the shop and losing half my day she had a battery delivered to my house. She definitely took care of us. Best customer experience I have ever had.

Called the dealership and asked for a quote on a new Honda Civic. Frank called back about 5 mins later with a price that was within my budget range. I had went to some of the local dealerships nearby Open Road Honda,Surrey Honda, Westwood Honda. Their price killed those other guys. There was no surprises, no hidden fees. Even though it took me 1hr and 40 mins to get there by TRANSIT(Sky Train and Bus) the amount I saved was well worth it. After confirming the details, I got a call from Linda and we spoke about the purchase processes. Everything went as explained, the Invoice was straight forward. I would recommend them to anyone. So if you're in the market for a vehicle , give them a call!

Outstanding!! My sales person, Mr. Alan Cheung was a joy to do business with. I would say this gentleman is a great example of who a customer would like to deal with. I was very thorough in my search for a vehicle, and got to learn how every person had different levels of people skills. I had other makes of vehicle as good options for my purchase, but quickly realized that Alan had set the bar too high. I found that he was very patient and at the same time efficient with providing me with information that was relevant to me. In contrast to what other dealers were doing, Alan never had anything bad to say about the competition. Instead, he put on a show of knowledge, showed me the facts, and made it clear that he was happy to stand behind the product he was offering. I am a detail oriented person, so I had to recognize that this person was doing an excellent job to earn my business. My friends and family will now have someone I can recommend to them. Many thanks to Alan and everyone at Jonker Honda.
