Thanks to Brandon and Mike at South Trail Chrysler for getting us our dream Jeep! Brandon walked us through from start to finish (and even post sale) and made it feel like we truly had a trusted friend guiding us through the entire process. His personal approach was not what you would expect out of a sales guy at all; he was honest when something wouldnt suit our needs and you could truly feel he took pride in the place he worked for. In the end we got the perfect Jeep and with the management and owners supporting him and their awesome guy, Chad in finance, we more than got a fair price. Ps...get the ceramic coating...you WON'T be dissapointed. Thanks South Trail!

Went in to trade my car for a truck and they messed with the numbers for sell price. If I accepted the trade I would be paying more for the truck compared to walking in and buying it out. I would suggest double checking the number when you get home as you might end up getting an offer from the dealer that is more than the asking price with all the taxes and fees. Very disappointed how they will try to rip you off. If anyone wants to see the picture of what they offered and how they messed with the number let me know I have a picture.

Bought a car from them, and every experience has been great. From walking in, to getting regular services from them. They are always willing to help you however they can, and have been fair and very nice to me. Would reccomend other people to go and check them out for service and even buying a car.
