Warranty work on my Jeep

Warranty work as engine light came on. The appt booking was seamless, Service advisor Trevor was excellent. A solenoid was replaced on warranty. The shuttle service was also outstanding. Well done Southtrail.

Don’t trust anything they say. They’re all smiles and tell you whatever you want to hear only to deceive you into signing a shady deal. They are shameless. This is not a one off experience. Many other consistent negative reviews on google detailing their shady tactics. Stay away from this stealership!!

Buying a vehicle is expensive, do it with a dealership you can trust!

Great, easy, and helpful experience! Connor was the perfect sales executive for us — no high pressure sales! This dealership was trustworthy and upfront and I felt like they have good intentions for their customers. I’ve had bad experiences with other Chrysler dealerships in the city and this experience was completely different. While I learned that buying a vehicle is a process and time consuming no matter where you go, it helps when you can trust them! I’d recommend South Trail Chrysler to anyone!
