Bought a car from them, and every experience has been great. From walking in, to getting regular services from them. They are always willing to help you however they can, and have been fair and very nice to me. Would reccomend other people to go and check them out for service and even buying a car.

Had a fantastic experience. I'm not a huge fan of spending all day at a dealership, taking hours to try every vehicle and then leaving because we can't agree on a number. Had a vehicle in mind, got to drive it a bit to confirm what I already knew...and then a short while later drove away in my new car. Had great experiences with Shane the sales guy and Chad the finance manager. Asked a few questions, got clarification immediately and left the happy owner of a new Jeep. The dealership is gorgeous. I'll definitely be back for service and winters in the near future.

Incredible staff and service. First time dealing with Jenn at the service department, she was amazing to deal with, incredible knowledge on diesels and knows what she’s talking about! By far the most pleasant experience I have had when getting my truck looked at and serviced! Thanks to Taylor Cooper (one of the sales executives at South Trail that I would recommend going to see) for referring me to Jenn! Would highly recommend South Trail Chrysler whether you’re buying a vehicle or needing it serviced.
