Jessica was very willing to accommodate all my requests, and even drove my new Chrysler Pacifica to my house. With three young children and a very busy household, this was very much appreciated. I couldn't be more happier with my new purchase.

Outstanding customer service! My van was giving me trouble starting when I was out with my dog and as soon as it did, I drove it straight to them. They immediately took me in and offered me and my dog a ride home with the shuttle while they looked at it. I was telling the shuttle driver, Aubrey, how I would need to rent a car for the day since I had appointments I needed to get to, and he immediately got on the phone back to the service team and arranged a loaner car for me to have for the day. He took me back and they had the car ready to go. Aubrey, Jenn, and McKenzie went out of their way to help me that day and I was so grateful because it certainly could have gone the other way for me. Anytime I deal with the service team they are outstanding.

***Shade alert***. Purchased a pre-owned "CERTIFIED" vehicle from south trail Chrysler's used department. These guys are all smiles and friendly until you sign! Sold me an SUV with multiple rock chips in the windshield that have already spread out, and flat out refused to replace it! Also agreed to throw in extended warranty with the deal and I found out later they sneakily added the cost of it to the purchase price! Shame on you I trusted you and you betrayed the trust! You'll obviously NEVER get any of me, or my family's and friend's business! I'll speak of my experience for a long while too! If anyone reading this thinks independent used car dealers are shady THINK AGAIN! These guys are the epitome of shade!
