Jonker Honda provided superb service and helped my girlfriend and I to get our first new car. Peter Howard helped us find the vehicle we wanted while helping us keep to the costs we needed. He did everything he could to get us the best deal possible and did so in a super friendly manner. Thanks Jonker Honda, cant wait to do business with you again.

Alan Cheung was our Sales guy. No pressure, so professional, courteous, and so attentive to our unique needs. My wife has MS and is having hand controls installed so she can drive again. We decided to do it with a new Civic as the Civics run forever and she loved her last one. Alan was great! Best experience!

went in to get a new fob because we broke the screw in the back and couldnt get it open to just put in a new battery luckily instead of having to pay 275 for a new fob the guy just poped off the back and put in a new screw, backing,and battery for $22 SO happy we didnt have to pay for a new fob great service, friendly people that actually know what their doing and that care would recommend to everyone 5/5

I wanted to buy a mid size car. I had three cars in mind Honda Accord Sports, Nissan Altima SL and Toyota Camry XSE. I read about all these cars and visited all dealers. I found Eric Solis the most knowledgeable and had all vehicle info correct. ( I already did my research before coming down). He took time to show us the features of the vehicle and allowed us time to make decision to test drive the car. There was no high pressure sales tactic to sell us the car on the spot. As we liked the the Accord better than the other two cars, we made appointment with Eric for a test drive a week later. We were allowed an hour to take the car on our own for the test drive with the family. We returned after and hour. We very quickly reached a deal and received our new car after a week and half as promised. I will recommend anyone who wants to buy a Honda to talk to Eric first. We are now a proud owner of a Honda Accord Sport.

I had a very positive experience right from the beginning. The sales team and staff were responsive, honest, courteous, friendly, and very helpful. Alan, Jim, Bill, and the staff certainly made my car buying an enjoyable experience!!!

I came to this dealership after searching around for a Honda Accord. The Salesman was very friendly and gave me all the details that I required about the car without being " Mr. Salesman", when we were finished with my test drive he quickly wrote down some basic numbers on a brochure and I took it home. I went to other Honda dealerships to check numbers and received "Mr. Salesman" treatment many wrote down numbers without giving me interest rates, base price, showing me the discounts etc. I was feeling frustrated. What a relief when I walked in and we started to talk about price. He did calculations in front of me and printed out a clear itemized sheet that explained all of the costs, discounts, interest rates etc. I was very happy to see that it was possible to have a transparent negotiation. I am very happy with the treatment I received at the Langley dealership and will be back for my next Honda in 5 years.
