Poor service from service department

I have complained about the steering on my 2023 Rm 1500 Limited since time of purchase I took it in to the dealership to have the steering diagnosed. The truck sat at the dealership all day 7:00 to 16:00 only to be told someone drove the truck and its fine. I did not ask for someone to drive my truck and guess that it is fine. What I would have hoped for was professional service. Diagnosis would involve checking the front end up on the lift. Alignment being done no matter what to be sure it was ok. It's a $100,000 truck even if I had to pay for an alignment then I would have piece of mind. I was never offered the option and I feel like I was blowen off like I had no value as a customer. My truck sat there for 9 hours only to be driven and told it was good. I am the customer and should have bee given the respect of giving me options after driving my truck. There is no crystal ball saying everything was good. Only with proper diagnosis could we be sure everything is OK. Inspection of front end. Alignment done. maybe wheel balancing should have been discussed. An estimate would have been appreciated. I did not ask for opinions I wanted service and proper diagnoses.

What can I say about South Trail and Trevor…. every time I go in for service I am treated like I am a VIP. Today’s service was over the Top. Trevor you’re a true professional and you made my day. Absolutely the best Chrysler service dealer in Calgary. I have no experience with the sales department with South Trail, but their service department is top notch. From their intake which is run by courteous, friendly and professional representatives, to their Service Techicians who are some of the most honest and experienced I have had the pleasure of working with. I mainly use their Express Oil Change service and every time I have it has been a great experience. The provided lounge is comfortable and they offer Uber service from and back if you cannot wait. They have a detail service as well that is not consistent when it is provided, but it is nice when it does occur. Overall, I highly, highly recommend.

I recently had an exceptional service from Rahul Gupta. I bought my 2024 Jeep Wrangler from him and the whole process took less them a couple hours. Rahul in sales in awesome and Hailey was our finance manger.
