If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, avoid this dealership. I inquired about a vehicle they had listed on Kijiji and was in contact with a salesperson named Paramjit. He stated they just took it in on a trade and were selling as is. I asked for the price and he asked me what i would pay for it. When i gave him an offer, he said he needs a deposit to take the offer to his manager. We went back and forth for about an hour while he kept insisting on a deposit. Then when I called him out and said that AMVIC states "Never ask or take a deposit as a condition of allowing a consumer to test drive or negotiate a price for a vehicle. If there is no sales agreement, there should be no need for a deposit." He started backtracking *edit* so apparently my offer was unreasonable but he still wanted my credit card to take the offer to his manager. Attached are screenshots of black book value on their (overpriced) vehicle and what I offered. My offer was fair considering the vehicle is being sold "as-is". Also attached are texts with their salesperson showing they are liars. If my offer was indeed unreasonable, why didn't he tell me that instead of saying give me your cc so i can convince my manager instead of just telling me my offer is too low? Sounds shady

Hello Moe, after a review of the situation it was apparent that the offer being presented was not reasonable. When we offered to have to you come in and discuss the options you declined. In an effort to ensure you were serious about the vehicle we offered the ability to hold the vehicle and place a deposit. You also declined that option. While we are open to any reasonable offer, we were unable to accept yours, at which point you ceased communication. If you would like to discuss further you can email us at wecare@stchrysler.com

I’ve had my truck for two years. I purchased it brand new and my divers seat is starting to rip at the stitching. I’m 140 lbs at my absolute heaviest. Your quality is trash. Guts, Glory, Garbage.

At South Trail Chrysler, we don’t have anything to do with the manufacturing process of these vehicles. However, they do have a manufacturer warranty against defects. Please contact our service department for more details.

From start to end my experience was so enjoyable. From Brad, Prince, to Finance and the rest of the team they definitely made it memorable. I drove away in what once was a dream made reality. I truly can't thank you enough!

Bit late writing a review, only really did so because I had a second negative experience here. Starts with taking 2016 dodge dart in near the end of warranty to inspect and get anything done while I was still covered. Needs new shocks they tell me, great "order them and call me when you want to install". 9 month later I call and they tell me not only did they "forget" to order the shocks, they would also no longer order them as we were now out of warranty on the vehicle. I have the paperwork to prove they screwed me over here. Fast forward to this past winter, odometer flashes and bluetooth goes out, slow battery drain. $1500 for a "telematic control module" which I found was a $400 part at best and is located directly above the top dash. They also missed a few screws putting the dash back in. Absolutely avoid this dealership for service! Keep in mind this has almost no bearing on their sales side as I simply have no experience with them. As far as the response from owner goes; i requested the shocks be replaced as they were a warrantable part and were deemed worthy of replacement under warranty. I did decline the other work as it was not requiring immediate attention nor was it warranty work. At no point did I tell anyone "i decline warranty replacement parts". Denying that a miscommunication took place and denying the warranty replacement is bad business. No i dont expect a remedy 4 years later, but it doesnt change the lousy experience. Tried to deal with it at the time just outside the warranty period when it would just make sense to say "oh there was a miscommunication so please order those shocks" and was met with a very clear "no".

Don't go here unless you like buying vehicles with peeling paint.

Hello Willie, as a dealership we have nothing to do with the manufacturing process. Any issues regarding a vehicle warranty or defect would be handled by the manufacturer. We simply facilitate the request. If you would like to discuss further you can email us at wecare@stchrysler.com

Amazing experience! I was actually shocked at how professional and on point this transaction went . All my expectations were met with extreme diligent consideration. Very polite , no pressure , literally once i I decided which vehicle I was interested in actual real time hours were 3 total and off I went with my beautiful 2023 Ram . Couldn’t be more pleased ( and I am hard to please lol) . Rahul is a very polite and courteous young man and I would happily refer him to anyone moving forward . Thank you also to Darren in finance and the general sales manager as again what a class act crew . Nice work fellas !!

I had a terrible experience with service at this dealership. My Dodge Journey was making a clunking sound. I took it in, and it was diagnosed as the front struts and control arms. The quote was over $4500, which was absurd compared to quotes from other businesses. I had the repairs completed and found that it was still making the clunking sounds, and it had been misdiagnosed. This cost me thousands of dollars in unneeded repairs, and my vehicle was still not fixed. I called the service manager multiple times to discuss the issue but did not receive a call back. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I would have given 0 stars, had it allowed me to.

Hello Janice. After some review we see that while we did the initial diagnosis, the repairs were not done here. If they were done at our dealership we could have guaranteed the diagnosis and work. However, because it was completed elsewhere we have no way of knowing what repairs were done, whether they did everything we recommended, or whether the repairs were done properly. We understand that this must be frustrating, but you have to understand we can only stand behind the work that we complete. We would recommend you take issue with wherever the repairs were completed. If you would like to discuss further you can email us at wecare@stchrysler.com.
