Hello, Sorry you didn't have a five star experience with us. We can't seem to find your name in our system. We can only assume that you made an offer we could not accept. That doesn't mean it was a "rip off" it only means you were not able to see the value in the product. If you would like to discuss further you can email us at wecare@stchrysler.com

I can't express enough how thrilled my boyfriend and I are with the exceptional service we received from Austin Hamilton at South Trail Chrysler. Austin made my boyfriend's first purchase of a brand new vehicle an absolute breeze. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, Austin greeted us warmly and took the time to understand exactly what my boyfriend was looking for in his new truck. He paid meticulous attention to the details, ensuring that every feature and specification my boyfriend desired was accounted for. What truly stood out was Austin's pleasant demeanor and genuine interest in making sure my boyfriend felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. His professionalism and expertise made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Thanks to Austin's dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction, my boyfriend drove away in his dream truck, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend reaching out to Austin Hamilton at South Trail Chrysler. You won't find a more reliable and attentive salesperson to guide you through your purchase. Thank you, Austin, for your outstanding service and for making my boyfriend's car-buying experience truly memorable!

I own a 2014 Jeep Cherokee and my powerlift gate has not worked for the past ~4 years. ~2.5 years ago, while my vehicle was in doing repair on the engine, I asked South Trail Chrysler to take a look at my powerlift gate. I received a phone call stating a need a new lifting arm (~$50) therefore I agreed to get the work done (I thought that was insanely low for the price). I received another call shortly after stating that did not solve the issue and I needed to replace the other lifting arm (~$800-$900, that sounded more realistic) and I decided to not get the work done. Fast forward to last week and I received a letter in the mail from Chrysler for a recall on powerlift gate for Jeep Cherokee (electronics). I figured I would get the recall done, most likely not solving the 4 year old issue with the lifting arm but here is to hoping. After the service is complete, the powerlift gate still does not work (no surprise) and I am informed that I will need to replace both lifting arms (~$1200). I was going back and forth on if I want the work done when I was informed that the parts are on backorder until the end of June therefore I have time to think about it. I go pick up my vehicle and received a bill of $210 for 1 hour of diagnostics on the powerlift gate. When has a recall cost a customer money to service? I could of told South Trail Chrysler that my powerlift tailgate would probably not work after the recall considering YOUR dealership told me ~2.5 years prior that I needed a new lifting arm. I have been going to this dealership service department for my 2 vehicles since they have opened ~7-8 years ago and have had some major work done, but my business will be taken elsewhere for future.

So living in Alberta seems to be Chrysler's scapegoat. I have had my new 2023 dodge ram 1500 truck for just over a month and it has blown out the panoramic sunroof. Yes, blown up, not something gone through it. Shards of glass everywhere. I called FCA and they told me its covered by warranty, just call a dealership. Well, I called three dealerships and they said no warranty if I couldn't prove it wasn't a rock chip. I said, prove that is was, so, NO WARRANTY. If we lived in Ontario, this would be covered under warranty, but because we live in Alberta, it is a rock chip. I was as quoted $2,000 for the repair of the glass and cleaning of all the Shards of Glass. Go figure, buy a $80,000 truck and a month later, put another $2,000 into it, plus I now have to put 3M on it, so it doesn't happen again. I sure hope there are no shards of glass left to fall on my seats and family while driving in what should be my brand new truck. Do not buy a Panoramic sunroof unless you are going to spend the money to protect it because Chrysler won't help you. Please note, this is not a reflection on the dealerships, however they sell the product and should let someone know this fact.

Hey Zeke, we are sorry you had issues with your sunroof. As you mentioned, this is not a reflection on the dealership. Warranty is provied by the manufacturer and we do everything we can to ensure our customers are taken care of, and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. We can escalate the issue and do our best to help, but it is unfair to leave us a 1 star review if we didn't do anything wrong. If you would like to discuss further please email us at wecare@stchrysler.com.

Good day. So I recently purchased a 2019 Charger from these folks my 7th vehicle from the McManus group. Upon delivery there was no effort to clean or detail the car and was handed over with a broken windshield and Audi floor mats . The inspection of the car was done after I put a deposit down , I had to immediately replace the air and cabin filters as they were absolutely filthy, such a simple thing to do at a cost of less than 60 dollars to the dealership but I was told as long as they are there that's all that matters. Upon further inspection at another facility it was discovered that the rear shock was leaking but would not be replaced and the brakes were badly rusted and needed replacing,so when I took the car back I explained that the brakes were in need of attention and the rear shock was leaking, they did the rear brakes because I am an "industry guy" so now after less than 400 k I'm doing the front brakes next Monday due to heavy pulsating under reasonable braking and the shocks because they have to be done . So having said all that , yes I willing bought the car and signed the paperwork knowing that it would have to come back for the glass, the detail of the car I did because they wouldn't have spent 10 hours detailing it . Am I disappointed in the car, no I'm not I am disappointed in that brand and dealer loyalty mean nothing anymore. It's all about how much can we make .I understand how inspections work , but the little details make for a happier customer.

Hey Tom, We follow the inspection guidelines that are put in place by AMVIC and the vehicle passed that inspection, which was reviewed and signed off together. Out of customer service, we have already replaced the brakes for you at no charge even though they were completely compliant as per AMVIC standards. Our technicians take pride in the inspections they complete and sign off on. If our technicians felt that any item were below standards, they would not sign off stating otherwise. I hope this Dodge Charger treats you well and that we can continue this relationship so we can go over above again in the future.
