!!Worst experience!!. This dealership doesn’t care about customer satisfaction it has 0 value for customers. They are only concern about their sales and once you have any issue with the vehicle signed or taken they will not help with any of your concerns . Don’t ever sign or convince by them to buy any used vehicle without taking your mechanic there , take your time , read their documentation before agreeing to any contract . We regret our visit there.

I have to say, they run a very impressive dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Ricardo Colin. If you’re looking for someone who will run through a wall for you, he’s your guy. I can’t explain to you how quick to action, responsive and dedicated he is. Don’t take my word for it, go experience it for yourself, the least stressful experience I’ve ever had with vehicle shopping!

Work Experience , I ever had. I got the car from them Feb 2024. Firstly , the managers customer service was worst , I have ever experienced. Then, they offered different price and different warranty option, rather than they finalized on the phone. They promised me they will give me good all season mats which will worth $300-$400. They sent the mats today after 3 months , bad quality mats worth $40. I car was having problems starting next day, they said we can’t do anything in that. They will final different deal on phone and when you will be there they will increase the price and change every deal they offers after running a lots of credit check, so that you have no option.

Friendly service, in depth knowledge of systems/parts/service, and complimentary rides to and from the dealership when you are having work done. I had a wonderful experience both times I was there and I think they are one of the top dealerships in Calgary. Price can be high (as dealerships can be) but they have many strategies to assist you with meeting your auto needs. Thank you for the awesome service!

Purchasing at its simplest. Back in 2020, I was on the hunt for a new vehicle. I ended up stopping in to South Trail after a day of searchng & met with a sales manager by the name of Brad & his sales assosiate Ryan. We had a brief chat on what it was that I was looking for & almost immidiately, their tema qualified me into a Trailhawk Cherokee that met all my needs! The experience was swift, but most importantly simple at a great deal! This past January, I ended up looking for an upgrade as I was in need of a truck. As Ryan was no longer around, I met with the sales manager Taylor & sales assosiate Rahul. Unbelievably so, these two managed to top my last experience which I thought to be improbable! I walked in with a hopeful budget which was met in the exact truck I had wanted along with all of the upgrades I required for the vehices future requirements! Taylor & Rahul really went to out of their way to simplify this purchase for me & whatever shceduling hurdles were apparent at the time. They also helped my other half purchase her Trailhawk during our visit! I have since then brought in another friend for their first new vehicle purchase as South Trails pricing may be competative, however, their customer service is unparalleled. To no surprise, my friends experience is nothing short of everything stated above. Finally, their service department is increadibly smooth operating & very punctual. I have had the pleasure in dropping my vehicle off with Naideen every visit with scheduling needs over the past four years.These needs are always met without fail or complication & approached with a great attitude. If you're looking for the whole deal paired with the costumer service one deserves when spending their money, this location should be first on your list!
