I had an amazing experience here, Maycen was super friendly and very helpful. He didn't pressure me at all, and just made sure I got what I wanted, my dream car. Nairn got me the best financial plan and did it very quickly so I got my car right away. Both of them stayed 2 hours late after closed to make sure everything was perfect. By far the best car experience I've ever had. Thank you so much

I recently purchased a new Ram 1500 Sport and had an excellent sales experience. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Rahul and Brad provided clear information, answered all my questions, and offered a great deal without any pressure. My husband and I recently purchased a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee from South Trail Chrysler and we couldn't be happier. We worked with Austin Hamilton who consistently throughout the entire process went above and beyond to ensure that we ended up in the vehicle we wanted. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles, wasn't pushy like most sales people often are, listened to what we were looking for and worked with us every step of the way. If you are looking at purchasing a vehicle, I would highly suggest Austin at South Trail Chrysler.

Terrible experience

Had a very bad experience. This dealership don’t care about customer satisfaction it has 0 value for customers. They are only concern about their sale and once you have any issue with the vehicle signed or taken they will not help with any of your concerns . Don’t ever sign or convince by them to buy used vehicle without taking your time or reading the documentation. We regret our visit there .
